Our Turn-Key Service
We are experienced Main Contractors responding to the demands for turn-key solutions, delivering pre-construction CDM elements and support with client duties.
Experience has taught us that when it comes to building services design, not all installations are equal, and design is not static drawings or documents. It must be refined and developed throughout the life of the project. In-house design and drawing production allows us to respond to project demands and make changes quickly during the construction phase.
Working collaboratively is what we do as a multi-disciplinary company; it allows us to be flexible, overlap trades, and work to tighter schedules. Good communication between the client, us, and other trades is essential for this, and we successfully find a balance between original project deliverables and necessary and value engineered variations.
Due diligence, attention and careful estimation results in projects that are completed on time, to high standards, and on budget. Estimation, quotation and tendering is completed in our project office by our most experienced Engineers.
